Automatic Restoration
Some health insurance policies include automatic restoration, which automatically reinstates the policy's maximum coverage limit after it has been exhausted during the policy year.
It's important to note that automatic restoration is usually subject to terms and conditions, such as a waiting period or a maximum number of claims. Some policies, for example, may require a 30- to 90-day waiting period before the automatic restoration takes effect, while others may limit the number of times the restoration can be used in a year.
