Great Experience
I was a little worried that National Insurance might take time to resolve my claim request because of obvious reasons. But to my surprise, they were pretty prompt and quick to settle the claim.

Worst website on the internet. Their website is frequently unresponsive and not user-friendly. Worst customer service representative: - Lack of expertise. They don't provide you with the right advice. As a final option, they suggest contacting your local TPA office. They do not disclose the TPA office's phone number. In case I wanted to go see them, mine was just around 28 kilometers away.
