Care insurance is my first health insurance ever and it serves the purpose right. I bought the policy a little over a year ago. I was tested positive for COVID a few months ago and the customer support was very helpful even at 2 AM in the morning.

Good Investment

I purchased the policy from Religare for a very nominal amount. Turns out, the insurance policy has many benefits with good returns. All in all, a decent investment for a low premium which has tax benefits as well.

Awesome policy

Care health insurance has plans for all categories. I bought for one plan for myself and my parents. Then i bought one for my grandparents too. The premiums are not costly too.

easy payment mode

I was worried what if i dont get the policy after making the payment. But, the gateway is secured and transparent. No problem at all. You can pay via cards, net banking or UPI.

Very late claim process

I went through the online process and I bought Care Health Insurance. However, my claim settling resulted in too much time. Called numerous times to customer service. My claim was finally settled after 45 days as there was a documentation problem. After too many hurdles, my claim was finally settled.
