If you’re a ditto customer already then it’s easy-peasy!
Just call us and our dedicated executive support will have it sorted for you.
If you intend to do it yourself, then follow these steps
- The first thing you do is check your registered email ID. Your insurer will usually send an intimation e-mail 30 days before the renewal date.
- The e-mail will have a renewal link that will directly take you to a payment page where you can review your details and renew the policy.
Renew policy through the website, with these steps.
Go to renewal section
Provide your current policy number which you can find in the policy soft copy. You may also be asked to enter your mobile number, email ID, Date of Birth or policy expiry date.
Check & edit renewal details
You’ll be able to see details of your new policy and the renewal premium. Also, you’ll be given the option to make some changes. These changes could relate to your sum insured, existing covered members, etc.
Payment confirmation
Once you confirm the details, you’ll be directed to the payment gateway. Once the payment is complete, you’ll receive your new policy soft copy via e-mail.
